If you select a recurring cleaning service you will be allocated with a regular cleaner. In the event they are not available, we will offer a cover cleaner whenever possible.

If you are not able to be home during the cleaning, you can provide us with access to your property by providing us with a key, using a lockbox, or giving us instructions on how to access your property. We take the safety and security of your property seriously and ensure that our cleaning team is trustworthy and reliable.

We aim to provide transparent and fair pricing to our customers. We estimate the pricing based on the size of the property, specifically the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This way, we can accurately estimate the amount of time it would take to clean the property thoroughly.

We do not offer cleaning services on bank holidays and weekends. If your recurring booking happens to fall on a bank holiday, the booking will be automatically cancelled without any charges. However, if you would like to reschedule your booking for another day, we kindly ask that you give us more than 24 hours notice.

No, there’s no minimum contract. You can cancel or reschedule your cleans in your account up to 24 hours before without any charges.
